HuffPost published a Q&A between WorkingNation producer Jay Tipton and PHI Vice President of Policy Robert Espinoza about the role that training and multimedia can play in reversing the shortage of home health care workers in the United States.

WorkingNation, a national non-profit campaign that aims to spread awareness of work and employment challenges, recently partnered with PHI to promote its new training initiative for home health care aides.

WorkingNation produced a mini-documentary about the pilot project, which premiered as the first episode of its “Do Something Awesome” series as part of its “Do Something Awesome” series, which profiles solutions-focused programs across the country that are helping to create a workforce for a changing labor market.
