In support of the Tear the Paper Ceiling campaign, WorkingNation joined Opportunity@Work, the Ad Council, and the other campaign partners at LinkedIn headquarters in New York for the launch. We interviewed thought leaders about how we can eliminate the hiring barriers to workers and job seekers without four-year degrees, the business-case for hiring these workers, and the skills and talents they bring to the workforce. We also spoke with STARs themselves for our Overheard series. Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll also be speaking with other leaders and STARs around the country.
