Lately, automation has been seen as the enemy of the workforce for stealing jobs from working class Americans. However, as MIT professor David Autor explains in the video below, despite advancements in automation in the workforce, there are still a lot of jobs out there and the fraction of people working in labor force has increased decade over decade over the last 125 years.
So, why are there so many jobs?
