Age discrimination is real

More than 40% of employees say they’ve experienced age discrimination in the workforce over the past three years.

As part of our WorkingNation series Age in America with partner Scripps News, we brought together a panel of experts to explore the causes of ageism which can prevent older and midcareer workers from getting promotions or getting hired in the first place.
